Shipping Policy
We pack and ship BusyBee orders within one to two business days.
Standard delivery within the United States takes three to seven business days depending on carrier volume and location.
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address we can reship it once the new postage is paid.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it we recommend checking with neighbors, your mailbox, or your local post office. Sometimes carriers mark packages early.
If your order arrives damaged, send us a message with a photo and we will make it right.
Return Policy
We want you to enjoy your BusyBee kit. If something is wrong with your order, a product arrives damaged, or pieces are missing, contact us within seven days of delivery and we will replace the item or issue store credit.
Because kits contain activity items and paper goods that cannot be restocked, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind or opened kits.
If we send you the wrong item we will fix it right away at no cost.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available for orders that have not yet shipped.
Once an order leaves our hands we can still help with replacements or store credit if there is an issue, but we cannot refund a shipped order unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.
If a refund is approved it will be processed back to your original payment method. Your bank may take three to five business days to show the refund.
Privacy Policy
We only collect information that helps us process orders and improve your experience on our site. This includes your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. All payments are handled through secure third party processors and we never see or store your full credit card number.
Your email is used for order updates or helpful messages if you choose to join our list. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share your information with outside companies.
